Getting attitude for trying to help one of their irresponsible clients is beyond me. Multiple calls, transfers, attitudes and holds just to get the poor dude back into his truck. Appalled and grateful this situation is over so I don't have to associate with this company again.
Hola to the back up receptionist! And the other one on fac time helping her! Wonderful women out there. Great trucks! Easy fast smooth process. We definitely rent from them again if needed. Thank you ladies!
Absolutely horrible service!!! They required a $100 deposit on a cash transaction and was told they would refund me once returning the truck. Upon returning the truck we were told we would not be getting the deposit back. BEWARE!!! They are a large company that loves scamming people.
