Peppers Heating and Air

They replaced my 1.5 year old AC air handler under warranty (parts only). Quoted a price that included full replacement of refrigerant, 12 pounds, about $1100 just refrigerant. Service tech recovered 11 pounds and reused it. Peppers refused to credit me saying they didn’t care, the quote is the price. Too bad. Making sure my friends know about it. I will say they have nice trucks.

I had a great experience with my service I got my thermostat replaced and air filter replaced price was very low for the service I would highly recommend using peppers heating and air I give them a 5 star for their service.

I finally got around to upgrading my 30 y/o thermostat to a smart one. I wanted a Trane one to go with my 2 systems. I contacted the local Trane dealer and had Will Kirkland as my technician. He came out to show me my options and, surprisingly, he was able to install 2 of them for me but he was also able to service both my units. What a delightful young man he was. He was so very helpful and did a thorough job of both the installation of the thermostats, teaching me how to use them and servicing my 2 systems. I was so happy with my interaction with him that I signed up for their maintenance plan. I highly recommend them. Great job Will!!

My experience with Peppers was outstanding in all respects. Everything was fast and professional while still friendly and comfortable. I had to get a complete heat pump replacement. The time from finding out this was necessary to complete installation was just a few days. The installation went fast and they constantly cleaned up their mess. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with this unfortunate experience. Everyone involved was outstanding and it made it a lot easier to deal with the unexpected expense.

Mike came to service our home system and was very thorough. Mike text and called prior to arriving which was also great in my book. My husband and I are very pleased with the service performed and we will be use this company again for our service. The customer service is great with communication, they gave great information on their one maintenance compared to a scheduled maintenance plans. Looking forward to future services with Peppers!
