This company's professionalism and customer service skills are the absolute best. I contacted them because my air conditioner unit suddenly stopped working. Savalis came out and provided me with an estimate within a day of me contacting them. Not only did he provide me with an estimate, he did it after working hours. My husband and I were able to purchase a new Rheem A/C unit for "THOUSANDS" of dollars less than the competition, and it was installed within days of the estimate (thanks to Savalis, Joel, and Eric for the installation). Joel and his team were knowledgeable , professional and most importantly did not try to convince me to purchase beyond what I needed. He has a small company with many years of experience. He also registered my equipment with the manufacturer so that I could get the manufacture’s warranty. In all, Redwood provided, experience, skills, well known products, professionalism, good service and competitive prices that fit my budget.
