I called on a Saturday morning to have someone look at my refrigerator which had quit cooling. They said they would try to come that day, but it might be until Tuesday before they could work me in. When I called back on Tuesday to see what was happening, they said they would be out after 3pm. They finally called me around 5:30pm saying someone would be at my house in 5 or 10 minutes. By 7pm, no one had showed up and no one had called me to explain why. I still haven't heard back from them. VERY frustrating experience.

My daughter bought a washer during covid. Even though they said they could not bringnit in and hook it up. They did anyways. A few months later. My daughter smells a burnt wire and washer stops. It was now late August and Perdomo won't come look at it. We even offered to haul it outside. They had nonproblem taking our money. We had to call another repair shop.

Very timely however he fixed the refrigerator part and then the ice maker wouldn't work so I ended up discarding the appliance and getting a brand new one from Lowe's the tech was very nice

They came by our house today- turns out it's not out refrigerator and the compressor is fine- the electric needs to be updated and we should've done it when we remodeled the kitchen but was told at the time we should be fine- we are very grateful for them and their quick service- great guy and explained everything we needed- I'm so very impressed and do is my husband - of you want someone who will show and on time and be honest you can bet on them- thank you do much Perdomo for helping us we highly recommend you to everyone
