We needed our original aluminum windows (missing screens) replaced. We also needed some custom work done. We put out bids and Perdue was the most up front and reasonable quote. They did very professional work. Very reliable.

Reasonable price, quality work on a second story window trim and siding repair to stop a leak. Quick response to estimate request, schedule made was schedule kept. No surprises and upon close inspection of the work, very happy with the quality. Coordinated minor changes to the window trim to prevent leak ahead of time. We reached out to Perdue Builders to get an estimate for siding and window replacement. He was on time for the appointment, knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. Mike provided clear communication while creating a bid with clear scope of work, discussing options and answering questions throughout the bid process.
