Perez installed a concrete slab adjacent to my garage. They did an excellent job, completing it promptly as promised. Would strongly recommend to any prospective customer.

Definitely recommend these guys they were very knowledgeable, professional and fast. we decided to do our front porch with a contractor because it was completely rotted. we researched concrete contractor and found them. We wanted to do our footing under the stairs and eliminate the step that was on the footing. Alejandro came out we explained what we wanted done he was explaining what was needed for the support of the new stairs he asked for our contractors information so he can talk to him directly….he made sure to meet him at our home to work with the contractor to make sure it was possible to remove that step and also keep us happy as well it done the right way. I was happy to be stuck in traffic for once! I was behind the Perez concrete pickup on my way home and gave a call to the number. The owner, Jose, answered and went straight to my house. Very professional, he measured my bungalow’s front porch and steps and that evening I had an official estimate on company letterhead and the COI for the company. The price was lower than some competitors, but higher than others and Jose had great problem solving skills and good ideas of how to correctly replace my porch and stairs. He worked with me on timing as I had to have a Brick Mason come out first to repair my Wing Walls, and everything was great.
