Rudy and his team came to my home and did an excellent job on my fence I had a small 3’ fence removed and replaced with a 6 foot fence surrounding 251 linear foot in my backyard they did all this work in two days, remove the fence on day 1 to complete the fence on day 2 . Excellent work I would highly recommend these guys. Such a fair price I am totally satisfied.

Working with Perez Contracting was amazing! Rudy and his team were very professional, always ensuring that we understood the logistics of how the fence would be built, the type of materials we needed, and contact information for land surveyors and staking. Rudy has also worked with our HOA before and knew exactly what was needed for us to get the appropriate permits and approvals. We will definitely be using Perez Contracting for future projects and have referred many friends.

They were very professional and customer friendly. On the day the crew arrived to put up the fence, they arrived on time and completed the job as promised. The crew was very polite, with strong work ethics. Rudy communicated with me throughout the whole process! My Only complaint is. The nail gun used shot the nails too deep into some of the boards, causing them to slowly shift.
