I had an excellent experience with Perez Roofing. Their rate was very competitive, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Their communication was outstanding throughout the entire project. Since I’m out of state, we had to coordinate everything remotely, and they made that process surprisingly easy with regular updates, photos, and quick responses. Francisco was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The work itself looks great, and it’s clear they take pride in doing things the right way. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more reliable experience. Highly recommend!

Do NOT use Perez Roofing. I decided on Perez because there are a lot of great reviews, but my experience has been awful. Fransisco accepted payment to repair a leak in my roof and has failed to honor the warranty he provided. He quoted us $2,800 for the repair and offered a 12-month warranty. The initial repair was completed on 5/8/2025. They installed commercial shingles instead of residential shingles that matched the existing roof. I asked for any pictures and a copy of the warranty contract so that the agreement wasn’t verbal, but that was never provided to me. I had to call him out on 5/16/25 because the roof was still leaking in the same spot. Due to weather conditions, he was unable to complete the repair until 5/24/25. I had to call him a second time to come out on 7/24/25 becaus

Francisco and crew were amazing to work with on our HOA’s garage roof replacement. They were conscientious and very professional throughout, working diligently and efficiently. We took five bids for this project and our board narrowed the choice down to two competitors. In the end, Perez Roofing offered the best warranty and a fair price for all that needed to be done.
