Absolutely fantastic experience with the Perfect Choice Cleaning team for our showing/move-in cleaning! Our contact April was such a pleasant and organized lady to work with. She made sure our concerns were addressed and worked with us every step of the way! We had frozen pipes on the day of cleaning but the team was patient and kind as we find a date that worked, even though it took a while for those pipes to unfreeze. Our requests were met and we can definitely see ourselves using Perfect Choice again and will highly recommend to other owners.

I booked with them for the first time for a deep cleaning. The booking process was easy and April was very pleasant and helpful. The only issues I ran into were on the day of the cleaning. I had an arrival window for the cleaners of 3 PM to 4 PM. At 3:55. I hadn’t gotten any communication and no one had shown up yet. I reached out to April and she told me that the cleaners let her know that they were still at the previous job. I told her it would’ve been nice to have received an update that the cleaners would be arriving after the arrival window I was told. I was given another estimated arrival time and the cleaners still came after that arrival time. I had a special deep cleaning project - newly installed floors that wouldn't come clean - and Perfect Choice did a very nice job for me. I really appreciated them fitting me in so quickly and making the floors look so good.
