Perfect Efficiency installed a ducted central air system in my vacation home. The owner Tony explained my different options and I decided to go with Bosch heat pump & condenser. The installation was so neat, the team was professional, they cleaned up well after the job and the system works perfectly. These guys really know their trade! Perfect Efficiency installed a ductless system at my business, The Figure Studio back in 2018. They did a walk through, explained the best system for my space, and installed in ample time for the grand opening. During Covid, I called on PE to help me upgrade to my ductless system to MERV-13 standards which were required by NYC. They explained how the I-wave would work on my system, installed it, cleaned the filters, and signed off on the paperwork for city inspection. I was nervous about city inspections but PE put me at ease by making sure my system was up to date. I recommended them to a fellow dance studio owner & she thanked me after the install for suggesting PE. I will continue to hire & recommend PE to everyone.

During the unbearable heat of Summer 2024 our HVAC system went kaput, dead, done, finito. A replacement of the entire system was in order, and this replacement came with a lot of angst. Angst about cost, quality and most important, finding a reputable company to carry out the replacement.
