In the beginning, when I was dealing with Mitch, I felt like this would be a good company. They were willing to work with my insurance company, etc. Once Parker took over as project manager, things quickly went downhill. He was condescending, rude, late, made excuses for poor quality work and damaged gutters, lied to me about the price, tried to bribe me into giving them a good review and now just under a year out, with our first big, heavy rain since the new roof IT'S LEAKING!!!!! Just save yourself the headache and use someone else. *** UPDATE 6/28 9pm: First, I would like to note that the leak was during the heavy rain only. There was no wind nor hail at that point. Perfect Pitch did a great job with replacing our roof on our house and small barn. Production manager, Joe, was very good to work with and saw the project through to completion. Excellent experience replacing our roof after hail damage. Dylan was there when the insurance adjuster showed up and helped us through the entire process.
