Perfect Plumbing Sewer & Drain

This company was dispatched through my home warranty. After waiting the allotted time of 48 hours for them to call me and schedule my appointment, I had to call them on day three. I was then told that because we live too far from them to come out they denied the claim. I expressed that I understood but a phone call to let me know would have been nice so I could call my warranty company and get a new contractor. She then said “I don’t have to call you”. I told her it would have been nice and that it was rude. She proceeded to tell me she was not being rude so I hung up. I called my warranty company and made a complaint about this company. Professionalism goes a long way and this company is far from being professional. I hope this helps others from dealing with this company. Yes I will let

We used this company once before via our home warranty. They did not show up the first time scheduled for work. We finally got them to come back out and they did a good job fixing my plumbing issues. When we had another plumbing issue pop up at our newly purchased home, we decided to contact Perfect Plumbing again for help. We called them prior to Christmas to schedule an appointment for a few days after the New Year. They stated they could not schedule the appointment out that early and that they would call me back the following Monday by noon to schedule the appointment. Needless to say, they did not call. I then called and scheduled the appointment myself. Not only did the company never show up within the window of time they provided for this appointment, but they failed to show

I called this place because a driver in a van was going 85MPH on 696, a work van! I called the number left information. Someone called me from a 586 number asking if I’m interested in a plumber. NO! I called about a driver speeding 15-20 over the speed limit seems like nobody listens to my voicemails. This is crazy

I have been using Perfect Plumbing for over 20 years. I even send him to my mom’s house when she has issues (and she loves Steven!) VERY honest, and trustworthy people! FYI cost is never questionable!!

Steven is absolutely the best! Very kind and honest, which is hard to find nowadays. I have been using his company for over 10 years. Would always recommend!
