Cannot say enough great things about PERFECT POOLS LLC. I had a crazy idea to install an elevated hot tub. PERFECT POOLS LLC made it happen. They listened to what I wanted and went to work. They worked very hard to make it happen - smiling the entire time. And believe me - this was not an easy install. Tom and his crew are amazing. They arrived on time and worked hard. They were efficient and professional. If you are thinking about installing a pool or hot tub - you cannot go wrong with PERFECT POOLS LLC. I WILL BE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

The team working on my pool was always very professional and helpful with answering my questions. They gave me a realistic timeline for the completion of my pool and the only thing that kept us from hitting that timeline was me and some things I had to handle before completion. I have been using Perfect Pools cleaning service for over year. The service technicians are always prompt and do an amazing job. I receive photos and a report each week showing what the chemical levels were upon their arrival and what was added. The water is consistently clear and my pool looks beautiful year round.
