Perfect Power Wash

This was my 3rd year using PPW and it will be my last. According to their customer service, this is a "clean" deck and their products can't improve it. They also refuse to take responsibility for their technician dragging my grill and leaving streaks. They were willing to offer me $100 back and said that their money-back guarantee is "open to interpretation". Edit: I tried calling back again and was directed to voicemail. If you would like to resolve this, you'll actually call me back. I see a lot of similar responses on some recent 1-star reviews, but I don't see where anyone has edited them to say things have been resolved, so I'm not optimistic Edit 2: I got a call back. They stand by their $100 offer instead of a full refund. Don't be confused by the "response from the owner"

Final Update: A GM was sent to our home to try again. Overall the house is cleaner but I still had to check and point our area that were missed again.So either he didn't re-do the house wash like what was discussed or their cleaning strategy isn't methodical leaving areas untouched. I will say he actually used a power wash handle unlike the first technician who used something that looked like a large hose nozzle. He also used a ladder to reach the previously untouched 2 story siding/gutter. Final thoughts - I will look for alternative company for my future house washing needs. Update 2: I called back to speak to Joseph/Joey. He offered for a more experienced staff, a GM, to re-do the house, again. We opted for this option. The alternative resolution they came up with was for us to pay $525

Unfortunately I regret spending my money with Perfect Power Wash. I was quoted $542 for a house wash. The original service was performed on 28 June. I arrived home to my deck furniture and potted plants scattered across the front yard. I suppose the technician couldn't be bothered to put them back. The original reason I called PPW was to clean off bird droppings that were on the side of my house, and upon inspection, the technician hadn't even removed them. Looking closer, I saw that large swaths of my house had not even been hit by water, since you can tell that around the windows, for example, there was still dirt and pollen that I had wanted removed was still there. Worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. We contracted for holiday lights last year. They never showed up to put them up. So as you can imagine we wont use them again. So the lights are mine. I arrange to pick them up, scheduled via email. Date, time, etc. The day comes. I drive 45 minutes to get them. No one is there. I call customer support. No one can get them for me. Itd locked. Too bad so sad. You'll have to come back tomorrow. 45 minutes one way. No they wont get someone else to come open the door and get you your lights. No, they wont bring them to you. Nope. "Too bad so sad". SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR GRIEF. Customer service is not thenorm in this horrible company. They just don't care at all.

Disappointed. We asked in advance to ensure the soft wash would not damage our landscaping and now everything is struggling. We did not initially want our deck done but they reassured us that the “soft wash” which smells like straight bleach would not damage the paint. It also discolored our bar stools and left a residue allover the windows which wasn’t rinsed off.
