We recently worked with Rainbow Restoration on a full bathroom gut and rebuild following an insurance claim, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They clearly outlined timelines, kept us informed every step of the way, and delivered exactly as promised. In a situation that can often be stressful, they made everything smooth and manageable. Amazing work! I had a dishwasher go crazy and destoy the flooring. Don provided great customer service and set up a plan. He even worked with the insurance company to help expedite while keeping me updated and was always responsive via text. The installers were very caring and did amazing work. VERY VERY satisfied with their work. Additionally, we are in discussions for future projects. Looking forward to working with Rainbow again.
