The owner personally came out the day I called and went up on my roof. He saw the problem whereas my clay tiles had not been installed properly by the builder, I.e., they did not use enough mastic to secure the tiles and over time and several rains the tiles shifted exposing by bare wood. He replaced them to their original spots temporarily until his crew could come back after the rains. We had rain the next day with zero water coming in.
