Perfect Temperature

We recently had our hot water heater go bad. I called Sean in the middle of a blizzard and he was at our house in 30 minutes. Because of the blizzard, he had no helpers. He promised they’d be there by 9AM to replace the hot water heater. Well, they were there by 8:15 and done no later than 9:30 which ensured I was still able to get to work. He and his team were professional and did clean work and his prices were certainly reasonable.

Sean was recommended to me by Hibernation Heating Kristen as my furnace stopped working last week after mike from Hibernation heating had serviced it in December 2025 . Kristen said Mike is booked so referred Sean. Had paid Mike for servicing in December . Then Sean came last week , he didnt check anything , just said the oil was frozen, will put adhesive.. he charged me $205.44 not leaving the change even for a 10 minute job which he said wud fix the problem. The furnace again stopped working last Thursday.when it was supposed to be very cold before freezing point on Friday .

Sean was very responsive when our furnace wouldn't turn on during the coldest day of the year. When I called him late evening on a Saturday, he offered to come out right away. We decided to wait till the morning. He promptly showed up in the morning, addressed the issued, and explained it well. I recommend Perfect Temperature.
