Perfection Hardscape

We used Perfection Hardscape to install a brick and concrete landing and stairs for us. Unfortunately what we ended up with were steps that didn't adhere to code and is unsafe, according to two city code inspectors, and a concrete landing that isn't level and is cracking. Over half of the brick pieces have chunks missing or are cracked and the mortar cover up a good portion of the facade. Jason was very open about coming out to correct the safety issues with the landing and steps and acknowledging that the job was not complete and needed to be redone. A couple of days were scheduled and have since come and gone without a word to us. !!!!!!USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!Stay away from this company!!!!!!!! Our patio around our pool has collapsed and Jason will not respond to calls or messages. It has been 3 months and no contact. I spent thousands of dollars to have the work done only to have to dig everything out and do it the right way myself, spending even more money. Around a year and a half ago, Jason and his crew installed a paver patio around my above ground pool. Part of the payment was for a retaining wall to be installed. After 2 months, we had a minor dip show up around the edge of the pool and Jason did come out to fix it. 4 months after that, it happened again and Jason came out to repair it. I had a paver patio completed in November 2020 the came with warranty. The pavers come apart and part of the retaining wall fell over. It was "fixed" once; However, the same thing happened again. I have received the run around since. I was told a few times " I will be there on this day or this week" yet here we are still nofixed patio. He said it was my dog. Well, it was known i had dogs so not sure why glue was used if he knew it wouldn't hold. I'm not one to complain but if you want good work and good honorable custer service please choose another company.

The team at Perfection Hardscape were very professional and personable. I can not thank them enough for their input and attention to detail. I had many estimates on designing my dream outdoor kitchen and pergola. I definitely got the most, "bang for my buck", with Perfection Hardscape. They live up to their name because my beautiful backyard is an oasis and I feel like I am on vacation everyday! Thanks guys!
