We recently purchased a home and used this company to sand, refinish and stain the entire home. While some of the job was done great there were a few issues that ultimately left us unhappy with the finished product and the reaction of the company to rectify the issues. - At first, the pricing was difficult to obtain and only provided after work started. I didn’t think much of it until they did not do the risers in the stairs and stating that was extra.
