Our new shingles and gutters were installed last week by Perfection Roofing, and they did a beautiful job. The initial contact with Tom was so helpful. All costs, details and options were clearly articulated in a manner that was straightforward and thorough. We needed to select shingles and samples were provided. Tom showed us real pictures from jobs Perfection had done (not the catalogue ones) which showed what some of the shingles look like once installed. The job was scheduled in a timely manner. When the crew came to remove the old one and install the new roof, they were amazingly careful, ensured our property was protected from debris, etc. and the clean-up afterward was impeccable. Orlando was the project manager and he was pleasant, respectful and oversaw every aspect of the install

Perfection Roofing responded immediately and said they would take care of it. The owner, Paulo and his team, arrived promptly to fix the problem.
