I had a fantastic experience with PerfectTemp Heating, Air & Electric for my furnace repair and installation. My situation wasn’t a typical job, but the team kept me updated every step of the way. Their work was top-notch, and if anything unexpected came up, they responded quickly—sometimes the same day or by the next morning. They installed a new furnace and combi boiler for me recently, and when the pump stopped working, I called them and they had it fixed within hours. I also appreciated working with Matthew, who was creative and always responsive. While the price might not be the lowest, the quality of service and peace of mind are well worth it.

We recently had a new HVAC cooling system installed to work alongside our existing furnace in Maynard. The installation took most of the day, which was understandable given the complexity of the job. Ross and Brendan handled the installation, and there was also an electrician on site. The whole team was friendly, respectful, and clearly knew a lot about HVAC systems. They worked together efficiently and made sure to answer all of our questions right away. We felt very comfortable with the process and appreciated how well everything was explained to us.
