The firewood is well seasoned and burns great with very few pops. Self service wood loading is a great idea. $75 buys you all you can get in your SUV with the back seats down. They also sell topsoil, gravel etc.

I'm sure John Palazzo at Performance Landex probably excels at his various business pursuits but properly seasoned firewood is not one of them in my experience. The first time I ordered wood from him, he made it clear that the delivery was late in the season and that the wood was not seasoned properly, I said fine and let it sit for the summer and all was fine the next winter. THIS YEAR, I made sure I ordered early and he delivered unseasoned wood to me and passed it off as seasoned. The stuff is heavy and water logged. It doesn't burn unless I put a full sized Duraflame under it. he's a nice guy and all but I very unsatisfied with his product and disappointed with his deceptive business practices. We’ve worked with Performance Landex on a number of big projects from major yard drainage work to re-designing our driveway to excavating the foundation for a professional-grade putting green.
