I really tried to make it work with this company but in the end it cost me a lot extra and was not worth the cost. So I bought a new house with builder grade fescue and wanted a nicer yard, of course. Contacted performance lawns and they agreed they could make it look good. So they said we'd kill off the front on year one and re sow it. That never happened and they just sowed the fescue on top of the old and told me it would choke the weeds out. That didn't happen even with me dragging hoses everyday all over my yard trying to keep it watered. So then they told me I just needed an irrigation system and that would make it better, which it did but it's not going to kill off the weeds in the yard. This company will not stand behind their work. The owner gave me a one-year warranty on the automatic irrigation system he installed for me, but he will not honor his warranty. When I reported a small leak, he arrived without prior notice and stated the leak had been repaired. When I complained later that it was still leaking, he just kept putting me off for months until I finally gave up and hired another contractor to repair his mistake.
