I had called several roofing company for an estimate, performance roofing beat all the other estimates by 5,400.00, and the tear off and new roof all in one day, nick weldon was very professional and made sure all the trash and nails picked up I could not asked for a better company and crew for the job.

Had a new roof installed. They did an excellent job. Very professional team from start to finish. Cleaned up their mess. Price was reasonable.

Consumer awareness: recently the buyer of our home for sale used performance roofing to inspect a 9.5 year roof. While the home inspector did not report any roof leaks or hail damage. Performance Roofing wrote a complete different report to the buyer, stating that the roof was leaking, it has extensive hail damage and needed a full replacement. We called independent roof inspectors and insurance adjuster to inspect and they all came back with no issues to the roof except one minor problem, where excess water was not draining right. Buyer backed out, I don’t blame them after being scared by an unscrupulous roofer. Don’t trust this company for your roofing needs.
