If I could give 0 Stars I would, and this was just to get an estimate. The owner Mark, whom I spoke to 1st was very professional, pleasant and courteous. He referred me to "Greg" his estimator, and he was extremely rude, unprofessional and argumentative. I did not need to here about all his successes, where he lived and the fact he sold the business to Mark.. Not really important to just getting an estimate, but being courteous I listened as he droned on for 15 minutes. When we got to the estimating, he "quoted" rules for permitting that are not correct, told me there were more structures on the property than exist, and when questioned, he would interrupt talked over me, and basically told me I was wrong, when all he was looking at was outdated County photos, when all I wanted was an

I spoke with the owner he passed me on to his estimator Greg,I’m looking to purchase a small garage 20 x 30 and Greg went on for 30 minutes about his experience and the concrete that I need to purchase and install for this building. Could not get a word in and would not allow me to install my own concrete slab because his concrete post had to go in 6 feet deep which was complete overkill. I had to walk away from that conversation.

Very rude service! When quoted on his words refused to except his own fault! Then refused business due to his own disrespect! Refusing service because a business won't reprimand poor behavior given by its employees is poor business!! Clearly this isn't the first time this has happened! Should have believed reviews before I even tried!

The owner was my first Contact ,wad polite and that's where it stopped. His partner however.. I did not appreciate being spoken to like a child because of my ignorance regarding steel buildings. That's why I called the so-called experts.
