All I can say is we are very happy and had a wonderful experience. We were in need of a liner replacement and had been for the past couple of years. We were given a few companies to try and never got any response when contacting them. We use periscope for our everyday chemicals and water testing so we inquired about a pool liner replacement. The process was so easy and quick it almost seemed unbelievable. From the time we asked about the liner to installation was less than a month. From the time of order to installation was two weeks. Periscope is ridiculously expensive. Their communications is good, but their labor costs are exorbitant. I was quoted a price that included $350 for labor. Not knowing exactly how long the work would take, I accepted the quote. They were here for less than an hour to do the work. $350 for less than an hour of work? Who makes that kind of money?
