I am shocked. I just got my home sprayed a few weeks ago. Called them back because there is a ton of wasp nests in my bushes. Kate the manager told me the guy sprayed my yard and bushes because he wrote it down on a piece of paper. We'll. I don't think I would have as many wasp nests if he did. On top of that, she wanted to charge me an extra 69.99 to come spray again. And that I needed to be on a plan to guarantee there work 😆 shouldn't they guarantee there work anyways. What a joke. My mom was there, and she can testify the tech did not spray my yard & I also have cameras around my home, Plus the Tech was late coming maybe was in a hurry to get home since it was the end of the day. I was on the quarterly plan, but my husband lost his job. We couldn't afford it quarterly. My advice is

The customer experience with this company was so terrible! From the start, communication was disorganized and unprofessional. Was given conflicting information by different team members, and no one seemed to take responsibility for the mistakes. After waiting far longer than promised for a service that was supposed to be straightforward, I reached out multiple times for updates—only to be ignored. When I finally did get a response, it was dismissive and offered no real solution or apology. It’s clear that this company does not prioritize customer satisfaction or accountability. Save yourself the frustration—look elsewhere.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I called last year and asked them to come spray my house and yard for ants, and they did a fabulous job. This year (2022) I called for a one time spray for ants, the yard and house again, and I swear the guy sprayed water. The ants have been relentless and returned THE DAY AFTER THE SPRAY! So I waited a week thinking that maybe the poison just needed some more time to work, and called about a warranty and see if they will repeat the treatment since It clearly didn't work. I was told that since I didn't sign up for a quarterly treatment, there was no warranty! Pretty much every business I have ever dealt with guarantees their work somehow. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years. For 7 years they have come every three months. I have referred MANY family, friends and neighbors to them. They’ve decided they are no longer going to spray inside of homes. I still get bugs even when they spray the inside of my home, so i was pretty taken back by that. I asked them to keep spraying the inside, since that’s where i don’t want bugs { i could care less if spiders are outside} they told me it would be a $20 extra charge to keep spraying in the inside. Of course they said they are increasing because of “inflation” but $20 seems a bit extreme. Had my house sprayed about 2 months ago. Still seeing spiders in the house. I called them and they said that there’s nothing we can do unless you want to spend another $140 to come out and spray again. Ever since “Mountain West Pest Control” took over it’s gone down hill. Never paying for their services again.
