Caught in the act of generosity. I want to recognize your Certified Inspector Jonathan Long. What a friendly, generous, and knowledgeable guy, who really cares about serving his clients. We both happened to be at this home at the same time. I was there to help with some exterior repairs, Jonathan for a pest control inspection. Jonathan and I had some collaborative conversations that I felt were very beneficial to each other and the client. During the visit, the client’s very young son had nothing to do since this was a vacant property, so Jonathan popped his trunk and gave him a toy to play with. I have been a customer of Perma-Treat since December 2024. The reason I signed up for this service was because a neighbor was informed that she had mice in her attic and would need to replace the insulation. After hearing how much this was going to cost her, I decided to enroll with Perma-Treat. My home was treated with Thiamethoxam for occasional invaders and Brodifacoum for mice, and two bait stations were installed. Devin Jobe has been visiting my home every other month to monitor the bait stations at a cost of $85 per visit. On Monday, February 16, Peter Morison and Matt Ketchem came to perform my annual attic inspection. I was told that mice had invaded my attic. They showed me numerous photos that they claimed depicted mouse tracks, areas where mice had burrowed into the insulation

We love our local PermaTreat! Talk about one stop shopping for everything pest related! We've been using PermaTreat for 4 years now and the service has been nothing but stellar!
