Perry Flooring and Design

Would not recommend. They stopped responding to my calls and emails. I tried stopping in at there store multiple times and no one is there. So odd. We went with another company and after we left from picking flooring out another couple came in and had the same issues with perry flooring. It's one thing to not want to do a job, but totally unprofessional to not even tell a customer that and just cut out all communication. Yet im sure they'll respond to this. And when we went the other flooring company we found out perry wanted to put flooring over the current vinyl installed which makes zero sense considering the flooring is being replaced due to water damage. Great customer service, greeted with a smile. Very helpful on picking out a good carpet. They had me scheduled for installation a week after purchase and the installer showed up on time and was very nice. They removed our old carpet for a very reasonable price. He was courteous of our home and did a great job laying the carpet. I am extremely satisfied with the look and feel of what I purchased.
