Perry’s Co Air Conditioning

I bought my AC unit about fours years ago; a year later the company I bought it from and had installed it went out of business. Poking around google, I’d thought I would give Perry’s a shot to handle the yearly maintenance. Man, best decision I ever made. Every year they come out, perform maintenance, and have responded at a moments notice for issues. For example, when they responded one year to complete the yearly maintenance, the plumbing lines for the unit, which they didn’t install, was causing the condensation to build in the overflow pan. They immediately fixed it, and waived the charges. Who do you find these days who exhibits customer service like that? I've been a customer for many years. I would never switch. They are skilled, reliable, great communicators, reasonable prices. The Best!!!! And the technicians who usually come, Brandon and Devin, are really great. Eddie and Austin and Eddie. - they serviced another issue several months later.

Called Perry's Air at 7:30 AM on Monday morning and they answered right away. They were able to get to my property in Cudjoe Key quickly and fixed our AC problem by 9:15AM. Easy booking process and quick turn around time. Thanks Devin and Branden!

Brian is extremely responsive. Tech Branden is very polite and considerate. They know their a/c business and I’m grateful for their service.

AC went down at night. Called Perry's at 8 am and they had two techs at my place before 9 am. Fixed the problem and got us rolling again with a half hour. The only HVAC company I will use. Definitely recommend
