Update Feb. 17, 2025. Just had our dryer vent hose replaced. 27 years old and never been cleaned. New dryer was not working and the flow sensor kept coming on. When the techs took apart the 10 foot hose, it had 80% blockage with lint! What a fire hazard. This was not an easy job. They had to make a new hole in the wall and run 10 feet of metal hose to the outside of the house. New vent system is working great and the dryer is working as it should. I have known Dennis Perry for more than 20 years. What a great business man who cares about his clients. You can't go wrong using his services.

Couldn't have asked for better service. The company (individual) we have used for the past 25 years retired. He recommended Perry's. I called at 8 am as a new customer and they had someone at my house at 1pm the same day. The service representative Ty was awesome and explained what he had found and fixed the problem. Just Awesome

UPDATE! I am very happy to write that the owner came out and talked with my landlady. Together, they came to an understanding and an agreement. I was very impressed with the professionalism displayed by the owner as well as his desire to be a good business owner and make it right. Thanks, Perry's, for doing a great job! The house I live in is owned by a very sweet senior citizen and business owner. We called Perry's. His guy said he was 99% certain that he fixed the problem. He did not. Another service call was made. Instead of being ready to stand behind the first assurance, we were charged another trip fee to be told that the problem required yet another repair. My 15 year old air conditioning unit went out the Friday before Memorial Day. I called Perry's Refrigeration in a panic, as I have pets and did not want them to suffer in the heat. Dennis came out to my house that same day and temporarily fixed my unit to run through the weekend until I could replace it. They came the day after Memorial day and replaced everything--an extremely quick turnaround time for a long weekend. The guys at Perry's Refrigeration didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need, which was much appreciated, as I don't know much about air conditioning units and could easily have been taken advantage of. Five stars for service and sincerity for this company!

I had a bad experience with Perry's Refrigeration and they came as a referral. The technician took 1 hour and 45 minutes to diagnose a bad motor. Perry's quote to repair was $1300 and the service call fee was $175 (I questioned this, the technician said I was paying for his time). He also tried to charge a $20 trip charge. I had another company come out to diagnose the problem, same day, I didn't tell them anything about what Perry's said, and they came to the same conclusion about the motor in less than 15 minutes and the service call charge was $85. Ultimately I was able to get the motor replaced for $625 less than Perry's quote. Unfortunately the part was not in warranty, this is what I was told and I confirmed when I looked up the manufacturer's warranty policy (not transferrable). I
