Pershing Square Building is the perfect place to slow down, look up, and say, "Wow." The architecture is impressive, the atmosphere is energizing, and the feeling of being right in the center of all the city's most exciting moments is automatic. It's equally pleasant to stroll here, hang out with a coffee, or feel like the star of a stylish urban film. The building clearly knows how to make an impact—modest yet confident. A great place for meetings, photos, and sudden inspiration. It's proven: you leave with a smile and a desire to return.

A 1920s Bldg. Restaurant Perch was good. Seabase is great fish, no fish smell; so the only thing that matters is how you cook the fish. And it was done okay. I also had something unusual, octopus for an appetizer. I have no benchmark from which to gauge how good the octopus was. Nonetheless, it was fine in my opinion. The inside restaurant is rustic while the outside patio is modern downtown viewing. There’s a small bar, a short staircase climb up from the restaurant to the observation deck. I imagine on the weekends this restaurant and rooftop are packed because the rooftop isn’t that large. But on a night like tonight, Monday, it was just the right kind of crowd, not too busy. Interestingly, I was able to pick out a swimming pool right in the middle of a downtown condominium high-rise

It's clean it's scary it's noisy and dangerous and you got to walk through security and got to walk through metal detectors just to get on the train and unfortunately this is only train station that does that means they need to do that every other station to make it work

Great service and beautiful view. The food is delicious I recommend the surf and turf skewers. And the white chocolate bread pudding
