I have pets and high end carpeting... had tar stain from new roof. Others told me not much chance it will go well... I had no such reaction and these guy were fast and efficient. Carl was in our condo building cleaning carpeting and saw my entry rug as we were talking about the state of the building's carpet. He told me that they did cleaning of orientals if we ever wanted the two handmade runners I had (from a trip to Egypt) cleaned. I took him up on the offer as they hadn't been professionally cleaned for eight years. They did a fabulous job on the rugs - they really look better than when I bought them in 2001! Highly recommend Carl's work. He has been trained for these specific types of rugs with specialized training. Prior to this I had used Oscar Isberian and been very happy but this work was actually even better. First rate service. Quality work.

These guys are the best. Carl and his team always show up quickly and know how to knock out stains. I have two little toddlers and they left their mark in almost every room. He stopped went through the whole house and fixed every stain! Highly recommend!
