Personal Touch Cleaning and Maintenance

The on-site lady ignored a carpet spill for over a month that dried and now can't be removed. That spill was there for more than a month so she vacuumed around it for over a month. Now the carpet is ruined. Reprehensible. She also ignores spills on stair steps and spots on doors and carpets. She makes no attempt to clean things. She only vacuums and dusts it seems. The common area hallway carpets are filthy with spots everywhere. Repeated emails to the supervisors have not improved the carpets. This is the worst Cleaning Company ever! Maintenance??? yeah if you consider causing thousands of dollars worth of damage to our garden by pouring dirty mop water full of bleach "Maintenance" then yah! They literally sent 6 different "cleaning" people and they were all useless with the exception of 1 and that 1 decided to not come anymore because of a "scheduling conflict" DO NOT HIRE !!!
