Derek had to stop by my Dad’s as I was there taking care of him. I had to initial the agreement as this was my first day using PCC, I thought it was awesome he would do that, greatly appreciated.

Michael Jacinto is very professional. He’s knowledgeable about various pests and how to eradicate them. Michael proactively asks about what we’re seeing in and around our house, especially during season changes, so he can better protect us. We are very happy with his results. Michael is very friendly and he’s a hard worker. We’re lucky to have Michael as our technician.

Derek was the technician that came to do pest control at my house today. He came to the door and introduced himself to me, very nice and polite. Wanted to know if I was having any problems and then went ahead and sprayed the outside of my house.
