First off dont do business with this place .The customer service is trash 🗑 No one available too take calls and when they do lie too you over the phone in person too .Raynor manufacturing needs to hold this kind of unprofessional behavior too higher standard .I want mention any names but dont judge a book by its cover. No door purchase due too shady business. I read your response and I felt betrayed by your sale consultant for the garage door .

Couldn't be happier with the service. Had my garage door repaired quickly. Everyone I dealt with from Bryan who got me scheduled to Dakota the tech who made the repairs were very knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. Thank you

$19,500 for 3 doors and they are still inoperable. There is one technician that had zero clue on how to hook up the closers. Did not even have the right type of equipment to do the job. He had to borrow ours when he was there. Only received five remotes, not six. All the weather stripping installed. Looks like it fell off the truck and then was installed .Have been told several times people are coming and no shows. Was supposed to be a two-day job and now it's been 2 weeks.

Excellent door! The installer, Arthur, was here right on time and did an outstanding job of installation. He also repaired the opener button that is inside the house. Recommended!

The guy installing doors for Raynor lets them fly off a truck on route 2 into traffic and refused to go pick them up! Terrible service, would not recommend these doors to anyone.
