I have been extremely impressed with the knowledge, customer service, and professionalism of nearly every Pest Control Technician with this company to-date. However today, Jordan, “topped the charts” figuratively speaking. This morning, he called me before he came to the home which I rent, because he was running a bit ahead of his scheduled appointments. So, he wanted to ensure that an earlier time of arrival would not create problems for me. Additionally, he explained to me the reason behind the drastic improvement in results I was seeing. For background purposes, the home I rent is an older home which I suspect, per the results of typical home aging, may mean it is more accessible to insects. 5 yr customer completely satisfied with the Technicians, notification system, Office & Billing Mgmt and the quality of products and knowledge of staff. I especially enjoy not handling or storing chemicals. All you have to do is drive around your area to see what's in the environment that can harm your lawn and trees to confirm your annual treatment package is a great buy.
