I cannot say enough good things about Pest Me Off. From the very first visit, I was impressed. Ryan, the owner, came out personally and spent a good hour just sitting and talking with me—getting to know me as a person, understanding my home, and really listening to what I expected and needed. He explained everything about his company in a way that was honest, thorough, and never pushy. I was sold immediately. One thing that really stood out to me was how Ryan took the time to explain the chemicals they use, the safety measures behind them, and why they carefully select products that are effective while still being safe for homes and families, which was a huge factor in my decision. Pest Me Off came highly recommended by someone I trust, and they absolutely lived up to that recommendation.

We were new to the area and needed someone to come and help us get dialed in before summertime and they came over and completely took care of us. Last Fall, we had both squirrels and roof-rats in our attic.. driving our poor cat to distraction. After we saw Pest-Me-Off's excellent on-line reviews, we quickly gave them a call. Ryan came out and fully assessed the situation going over every detail of their pest exclusion and prevention plan with us. Next, their team came out to apply several techniques to extract the pests. Then they applied barriers to multiple potential exterior points of entry. And finally, they inspected the work with us and patiently answered all our questions. We heard horror stories from our neighbors who hired other companies that needed to come out several times after claiming that the pests were gone. Both Ryan and Dylan were extremely meticulous, customer-focused, and effective. We strongly recommend them.

Dylan did a great job at our house. He was very thorough and addressed all the issues including wasp nest removal. He even discovered carpenter ants and helped with that. Glad we signed up for quarterly treatment so our house will be pest free!
