Dongil was very thorough in treating cockroaches, much more than others. Ive had many other people from this company come to treat my apartment and none of them have been this attentive. I highly recommend him specifically.

I have accompanied pest control services on other occasions, and none of them did as good a job as Dong-Ti. Careful, friendly, and attentive to detail, he explained what we can do to prevent cockroaches from appearing in the house. Excellent service!

We just had them come through for the first time today, so time will tell if their interventions were effective. But I wanted to write this because we have had some waterbugs and millipedes and saw a mouse for the first time yesterday after 5 years of living in the city. We emailed them late last night and had an exterminator at 10 am this morning. Derek was very pleasant and professional. He very quickly identified the most likely entry point for the mouse and sealed it off. He checked every single closet and behind all furniture. He empathized with our fear after seeing a rodent in our home and made us feel much more comfortable after spraying, sealing, and setting traps.
