We live in the basement lock-off of a house in the mountains where we can see lots of pests. While doing our spring cleaning this year we contacted Quality Pet Solutions for a general pest consultation and spray. Bear was our technician. He is a local and I can't say enough about his professionalism. He was flexible when making our appointment. On our scheduled day he texted ahead of time to confirm our appointment. He arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We walked the property and he showed me things I should be aware of when it comes to pests. He applied a general spider pesticide (organic) to both the inside and outside of our perimeter. Thankfully he didn't see any major signs of intrusion or damage. I typically don't write these type of reviews, yet have been so pleased with Pest Solutions that I felt compelled to. I have utilized there services on more than one occasion and they have proven to be consistently top notch. Mandy in the office is very pleasant and professional and does a great job of coordinating the entire process and helping you to have clear expectations. Phil, a technician, who has come out, has been prompt, polite, and a wealth of knowledge (he even shared with me a couple tourist spots to check out when I told him I was newer to the areas and asked him for suggestions.) I had an incredibly unique situation that had to be handled in a timely manner. The auto shop wasn't able to remove an animal's body from my vehicle so I had to search for someone who could help. When I contacted Pest Solutions and explained my situation, they were pleasant and more than willing to try and help us out. Before they were able to reach the site, the owner of the body shop was able to track down a mechanic who would be able to remove everything and scheduled him instead. So although Pest Solutions wasn't needed to complete the job they were easy to work with and quick to respond. Thank you again!

I am happy to give 5 stars to Pest Solutions. Unfortunately, a cat died under my house. Eric (the owner) personally showed up to my house with a friendly and positive attitude. He arrived on time, explained the process and quickly solved the problem. In and out of my crawl space within 30 minutes. Great customer service! I am extremely satisfied and will highly recommend them.

I've been with this company for a little over three years. This whole time I thought they were spraying quarterly to prevent spiders, mice and ants. Turns out they have only been spraying for ants this whole time. We had a bad spider problem and saw signs of a mouse. I called them a year and a half ago, they came out and set traps and said they would start treating for spiders and mice along with the ants. I had another company try to solicit my business and pointed out some spider nests last week. I called pest solutions right away to have them come out. They said we've only been spraying for ants and asked if I wanted to upgrade my service to spray for mice and spiders (um, I thought that's what we were already doing?) . I set up an appointment for them to come out on July 3rd, 2017 and
