You have alternatives to this service. Please use them. I had to move my parents into assisted living. They were not happy with the services provided by this organization. When I disputed the bill they turned around and billed my parents’ credit card without permission. Very sneaky and underhanded business practices. The last person who is out in the fall damaged my parents’ lawn and they had to spend several hundred dollars to re-seed and repair the lawn. Customer service was absolutely no help and no one for management would return my calls to address the dispute. Don’t walk, run to a competitor. This is not the service you want for your home. I’m also going to follow up with the Better Business Bureau.

Pest bear has been a great service so far. I've had two visits and they have been great. Chuck was my technician this afternoon and he was polite, pleasant, friendly and efficient. Spent some time talking with me about my husband who recently passed. He was sympathetic and kind. I highly recommend this technician and this company as they are affordable and do a great job!

Chuck from PestBear came out for our first service today and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He even took the time to walk through the yard with me so I could point out all the areas I wanted addressed and he made sure everything was covered. Great first impression and very attentive to detail.
