Had subfloor around my toilet that was completely rotted. Kyle showed me pictures and reassured me that it looked worse than it was and assured me that they could make the repairs no problem. Josh came out and was awesome he showed me what he was doing with each step and went above and beyond to ensure all wood was cut back to a joist to be secured the best. He even made it a clean repair and made sure all the new subfloor was completely level with the old subfloor. Most importantly he stayed late to insure the floor was safe and job was completed before leaving even though it was his son's birthday. Thanks again Josh and Kyle rock

I am a real estate agent and have used many different termite and moisture companies during my 20+ years in real estate. Our humid summer climate and weather has made most crawl spaces a problem area for buyers and sellers. I use Pestout because they are reliable, efficient, professional and provide excellent communication. Their fees are reasonable for the work they’re doing. You can spend $30,000 to get something pretty and maybe take things further but the return on investment is better with this company. Their staff/ Brian, Sophia and Allison take great care of my clients and I appreciate them for that. Their employees doing the work are all worth acknowledging too but I don’t know all their names!

I have been using PESTOUT for almost 2 years. Their customer service is great, very helpful. Every time I call, I get great customer service, shout out to Carlin. Josh, service manager, is very thorough and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond when he came to my place for a second look. He took the time to thoroughly check every possible entry point, sealed any holes he saw, he had to go to his next customer but came back the next day to complete the work. He gave me a little peace of my mind and I'm so grateful for that, he gets 5 stars 🌟. I will keep using their services.

100% Recommend this company. After 6 estimates, this is the only company that came out, inspected our attic space, gave us honest information. No sales or fear tactics used on us. Had the best price too. Very professional and knowledgeable. Kyle took his time to explain everything and answered my questions.
