Pet Stop of the Fox Valley

I got a very fast response when I started looking for invisible fences. I did let them know I was just looking and there was no pressure from them to purchase their fence. I liked that they were local and are able to come and help whenever needed. I also liked I didn't need to put any money down before the install. When I compared Pet Stop with two other companies, they were the most cost effective for us. They were able to get our fence installed within a week and they provided training right away and also came back whenever I needed. I did ask them to come back after the first training just to check up on us - the day of the install it was very hot - high 90's so our dog wasn't really into being outside. We had a previous fencing put in by the previous owners and they came in to check and update it for us. The wired a side fence to divide the yard and install two collars for our dogs! I had asked them to come back and check on one collar from our dog who ran through one time and they were great about it!

I received multiple recommendations for Mark's work with Pet fence installation and he did not disappoint. The fencing and collar are high quality and the installation went smoothly. Mark followed up often after install to make sure our Golden Retriever was doing well and adjusting to the fence. We are very pleased with the results and our kids enjoy playing in the whole yard with our dog. I would highly recommend Pet Stop and Mark if you want a great underground fence setup.

We had Mark from Pet Stop out 7 years ago when we needed a fencing system for our Jack Russell Terrier- Paco. We were extremely skeptical that a Jack Russell could be contained with a collar and a beep...especially when seeing a rabbit on the other "side" of the fence. It worked! I am so happy we went with Pet Stop instead of trying to set up our own system from Fleet Farm. The upfront investment was worth it as Mark and his family have been there and picked up the phone every time we have called. Over the past 7 years they have sent us batteries, came out to adjust our system, and now when our dog is has lost his eyesight, Mark is still there for us with suggestions on how he can help adjust the system to make it safe for Paco to know his boundaries.
