Complaint Summary: Unresolved spa leak, cracked concrete and tiles, broken heater, and nonfunctional wireless system — all left unaddressed despite repeated requests for service since 2022. Detailed Complaint: On July 15, 2021, we contacted Pete Alewine Pool and Spa for a consultation regarding the construction of our pool and spa. After meeting with Mr. Pete Alewine himself, we were informed by Stephanie W. that the project would not begin until the later part of 2022. Despite the long wait, we were confident that this was the right company for us and believed the quality and professionalism would be worth it. After multiple years of service they opened our pool but never came back. Told us we would have to join a wait list because they lost some staff. Left us high and dry but wanted us to pay new bill lol. Then sent us to a collection agency over said 100 bill. Seriously. Surprised they are are still in business. Horrible loyalty and business etiquette. Luckily we found a great pool company.

I have worked with Pete Alewine Pool and Spas for a number of years. They have installed two swimming pools at separate houses for me and both experiences were great. They are a very customer service oriented business. My most recent experience is purchasing a spa from them for my back deck. I worked with Kelvin Chavez for the selection, purchase and installation. It could not have gone any better, and he provided the five star level service that I’ve come to expect from their business.

I have been looking for my forever home and want a pool. The house I've chosen is exactly the house I want, but if I can't have a pool put in, I will not buy it. I called Alewine because of their great reviews and had the thought they would be able to help me determine if I could have a pool put in, in the yard (which is on-site the smaller side and I have zero idea about what's required to have a pool put in). The lady on the phone said they don't go to houses that aren't owned.
