He put me at ease, fully answered all questions and explained what would happen. He came and was very helpful in choosing the absolute perfect color match of shingles. Start to finish amazing job by James and his team, came out for an estimate and had it over to me same day. Great communication throughout the entire process, scheduled a week out and took care of the whole thing in one day. Showed up right on time and did an amazing job for an amazing price, not to mention we have a 50 year warranty on the roof now. We had recently moved into a new home that we knew was going to need a new roof by the winter. James came out the next day to do a thorough assessment to ensure we could come up with timing that worked best for us. The entire job was done in 1.5 days (2000sf house) and included gutter placement, soffit venting, new roof with top of the line materials, and clean up. A month or so later we noticed that there was an area that needed better drainage coverage and James came out that week and added a diverter on the roof (free of charge) that completely fixed the issue. Could not recommend them enough!
