We recently had a large addition built by Peter Playdon Construction and we couldn’t be more pleased. We started the project with a few ideas of what we wanted, and worked with Peter and his designer Lindsay to finalize the plan. We were impressed from the get-go with the terms of the contract being very fair and looking out for our interests. From there, it was amazing to watch the work take place! Peter and his team operate like a well-oiled machine. They kept to their schedule, communicating with us throughout the entire process. Peter Playdon and his team did an amazing job totally renovating our condo! Everything new… two bathrooms, total makeover in the kitchen, floors and all fresh paint throughout. They started and finished ahead of schedule and totally on budget! There was great communication between his team, my decorator, and me. After the job, I needed a little help with a few more things and they were very responsive and quick! Highly recommend….use them, you’ll be glad you did!!

Peter Playdon Construction was top-notch and easy to work with from start to finish. He and his team run a tight ship and do quality work, from initial design to the finishing touches. I am so pleased with how everything came out. I have done several different bathroom renovations previously and have never had such an easy experience with a contractor before, and we will definitely use him again for any home projects that arise.

Peter Playdon Construction LLC was terrific to work with for our bathroom refresh project. We did 2 bathrooms at the same time. We didn’t want any structural changes. They listened to our wants & needs and delivered everything we asked for and more. They were dependable, respectful of our property, provided great design ideas and kept the construction zone as clean as they could considering it was construction.
