Peterman Brothers responded right away to my call / Donnell arrived within an hour~ of my call. Diagnosed the issue and had the right equipment to replace the broken pieces. He checked out what another plumber had misdiagnosed stating there was no problem. I’m very satisfied and will call on them again!

I was having some flushing and draining issues, so I called on Peterman Brothers because they were advertising a drain clearing special at that time. Sean (a very polite and friendly young man) was sent to my home, arrived on time, assessed the situation, explained about their monthly maintenance plan, and then cleared the line so that my drains were flowing smoothly again. This company is excellent in staying in touch with their customers throughout the entire process of setting the appointment, confirming it, letting you know who is coming, and even notifies you when they’re on their way to your home. They have an excellent customer service and support program. I will definitely call them again should the need arise.

Amazing service and pricing! Braden was super courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived super fast, fixed my plumbing issue very quickly and made sure that he left no mess behind. He even provided me with information about various plumbing under my home, unrelated to my service call. Will absolutely recommend to friends and family!

It was a great experience working with Donell. He was extremely friendly and provided strong customer service. He was able to walk me through and explain everything very well when it came to our new water softener installation.

Came out to install vent , measured wrong have huge gap in our ceiling, bent 68.00 piece that we purchased we had to rebuy and haven’t been reimbursed (told to call customer care and they have done nothing) paid almost 600 . House was trashed from bathroom to front door. Husband helped him through many parts of it. This is how you treat loyal customers???
