I live in a apartment complex in O’Fallon and they installed new HVAC systems and let me tell you they were GREAT!!! The whole team did a wonderful job! Bruce was awesome!! He explained everything about the new unit since it’s different and more upgraded. He even cleaned up afterwards because he had to cut out part of the wall to make it bigger because the system was larger than the original. Normally businesses leave the mess for you to clean up afterwards but not Bruce he was awesome! And the rest of the team did a great job cleaning up outside around the units. Just replaced my entire HVAC system. Peter's had the lowest quote. They showed up on time and the installation looked nice and professional. They cleaned up the area when done and hauled away all the old junk. They even stayed a bit to make sure the system was running correctly. Alex, the sales rep, answered all of my questions and helped size the new equipment. So, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Side note, I'm still in shock over the price increases over the past few years. If you're holding off, or nursing an old system along, it's not going to get any cheaper later. I hear the government is banning the sale of 80% efficiency furnaces in the near future, so there's an extra cost coming shortly. I waited these past few years, and it cost me quite a bit.

Came home to a freezing cold home. We called and within no time our technician, Skyler, had our furnace back up and running. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.
