Absolutely one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. They act friendly and professional on the phone, but the moment they realize what you actually need, they vanish. I had a $150,000 kitchen cabinet order ready to go, and they suddenly claimed their designers were “too busy.” Translation: they either don’t have the staff or don’t care enough to take on serious business. What kind of company turns away that kind of project and doesn’t even bother to call back? Completely unprofessional and disorganized. If I could give zero stars, I would. Pathetic way to run a business.
