The sump pump(s) that were in the home I purchased were old and malfunction/completely broken. Also, my washer was draining into the pit which was causing an awful smell. I called Petersen and the woman who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. They had appointments available the next day and beyond which were very helpful. My plumbing technician Lee was very knowledgeable and personable. He saw my situation and let me know all my options. He was able to fix and replace everything on scene and even fixed my washer draining problem for me. He was very professional and helpful and I highly recommend Petersen for any plumbing issues you have. My 1957 pit looks rough, but wanted to include pics to highlight the amazing job Lee did.

We had Peterson Plumbing come out to replace our hot water tank, and I truly have nothing but great things to say about Ray and the guys who came out. They were fast, professional, and incredibly kind. They even took the time to interact with my kids and gave them the big box the new water heater came in so they could color on it which absolutely made their day. It’s those little things that matter. I would recommend them to anyone!

Highly recommend this business!! A week before Christmas '25, our water heater became problematic. On the morning of Dec. 15th, I called Petersen Plumbing and Heating. The person answering the phone was very nice and helpful. We were able to schedule installation of a new water heater for the next day. On Dec. 16th, they arrived as scheduled, and replaced the old water heater without problem. They hauled away our old water heater too. There were no hidden charges to the installation, and the price we paid was what we expected. The guy installing the new water heater was knowledgeable, efficient, and over all nice person. We will definitely continue recommending this business to others.

I had a leak inside my wall of my newly renovated bathroom. I was so bummed that I was going to have to cut into a wall with brand new paneling. Lee came out and within an hour he Fixed it by going in on the other side of the wall underneath the kitchen cabinet! He cleaned everything up perfect and put back on the paneling inside the kitchen wall. Everything looks perfect. I’m so happy with the service and the expertise of Lee

Eric Cooper was prompt, very courteous, and very professional. He kept us informed throughout the process. We had to have the freeze procedure done on our pipes leading to the meter in order to install new shutoff values. We were nervous about the procedure and he assured us that it was safe to do. He was very thorough and cleaned up any mess that he did, which was very minimal.
